Clue Derail of When and how did you lose your virginity?
Re: When and how did you lose your virginity?
I remember loving "Clue" as a child although all I can remember now is the singing telegraph and the odd book "accidentally" in sight.

Beware the childhood memories. i remembered Gene Wilder's flick The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes' Smarter Older Brother very fondly. Then I saw it again recently as an adult. I think I must have had mental problems as a child because that film was horrible.Animavore wrote:I remember loving "Clue" as a child although all I can remember now is the singing telegraph and the odd book "accidentally" in sight.

I was in the Navy in San Diego when Clue came out. You had to chose your showing because they only showed one ending per performance. ~1986, IIRC.andrewclunn wrote:Beware the childhood memories. i remembered Gene Wilder's flick The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes' Smarter Older Brother very fondly. I just want to apologize for SERIOUSLY derailing this thread.

Re: When and how did you lose your virginity?
I think I vaguely remember there being a couple of different endings on the VHS which played more like three possible scenarios. I didn't realise they were separate in the cinema.
Looks like they're making a remake
EDIT: In preview I had a little cry smiley which you could click on to act like a link. You'll have to make do with the less cool transcript of said smiley.
STAFF EDIT: Fixed crying link smiley. -DP

Now that the derail has being moved to it own thread I suddenly don't want to post on it any more.

It is true that my comment about Mrs. Peacock and the candlestick just doesn't have the same umph outside of the original thread.
