But he WAS in the country illegally, so most people who voted to get rid of illegals, will just accept it. Not the media, of course. They tend to arrange support for any kind of criminal, as long as they can attempt to make Trump look bad.
Yeah, yeah, and innocent men get accused of domestic abuse. The more vulnerable the man the easier it is to do.
You are correct. The claims may indeed be false.
i
It stands though, that he was from a foreign country, and was in the US illegally.

When Demmies and their media start admitting that most deportations are correct and just, maybe their opinions on edge cases will inspire more credulity.

To me, it looks like he was a foreign gang member, and the anti-Trump judiciary might be allied with them a bit.
Now, you wouldn’t accept that flippant dismissal of serious allegations against Garcia, but you’re super motivated to make excuses for Trump. That makes everything you say suspect.

1. There was a court order that he not be deported to El Salvador

2. He was not only deported to El Salvador, but to a prison there

You can throw all the mud you want at this guy but it’s not touching the facts. That’s why you’ll keep losing in court.
Why did El Salvador put him in a prison?

The court order...was it a 'Demmie' judge ordering it? They have been going a bit further than justice, lately.

Regarding him...
https://x.com/AGPamBondi/status/1912682960156795369
The evidence shows Kilmar Abrego Garcia has repeatedly been identified as a member of MS-13 by:
⁃ A Maryland county police gang unit
⁃ A reliable confidential informant
⁃ ICE officers
⁃ An immigration judge agreed
⁃ An appellate board agreed
I know it isn't as authoritative as a judge who may or may not be a Demmie, but it looks like everyone agrees except the Demmedia.

Vance offered a bit more depth about 'due process'...
https://x.com/JDVance/status/1912320489261027374
Consider that Joe Biden allowed approximately 20 million illegal aliens into our country. This placed extraordinary burdens on our country--our schools, hospitals, housing, and other essential services were overwhelmed. On top of that, many of these illegal aliens committed violent crimes, or facilitated fentanyl and sex trafficking. That is the situation we inherited.

The American people elected the Trump administration to solve this problem. The President has successfully stopped the inflow of illegal aliens, and now we must deport the people who came here illegally.

To say the administration must observe "due process" is to beg the question: what process is due is a function of our resources, the public interest, the status of the accused, the proposed punishment, and so many other factors. To put it in concrete terms, imposing the death penalty on an American citizen requires more legal process than deporting an illegal alien to their country of origin.

When the media and the far left obsess over an MS-13 gang member and demand that he be returned to the United States for a *third* deportation hearing, what they're really saying is they want the vast majority of illegal aliens to stay here permanently.

Here's a useful test: ask the people weeping over the lack of due process what precisely they propose for dealing with Biden's millions and millions of illegals. And with reasonable resource and administrative judge constraints, does their solution allow us to deport at least a few million people per year?

If the answer is no, they've given their game away. They don't want border security. They don't want us to deport the people who've come into our country illegally. They want to accomplish through fake legal process what they failed to accomplish politically:

The ratification of Biden's illegal migrant invasion.

President Trump and I will not stand fori t.

There are 20 million Biden aliens? Show me.

This deporting is expendive. Why don't we just hire them?
Trump's 2016 promise to create a deportation force and evict 11 million immigrants from the community never happened (it would've costed over $100 billion and taken at least a decade), so it's worthless to debate that kind of semantics.
Just deporting a million would take some 8-10 plane loads evry day for a year. Nobody wants them, so there is that. You have to negotiate each plane load.

Indeed, as a profession it is known to attract more than its fair share of sociopaths. But that’s bullshit. Still, if you’re a lawyer and a politician, that Venn diagram probably has horns on it somewhere.

Anyway, Trump’s likely still sore that Obama managed to remove more in either of his terms than him. :dunno:
The latest fad is a poverty social. Every woman must wear calico,
and every man his old clothes. In addition each is fined 25 cents if
he or she does not have a patch on his or her clothing. If these
parties become a regular thing, says an exchange, won't there be
a good chance for newspaper men to shine?

How does he plan to get El Salvadore to give up Kilmar?

Plus I don't remember seeing an order to return him. How do they order a foreign government to give up their citizen to the US?

Have you considered who you are being asked to defend?

NEW:
@FoxNews
has obtained the written domestic violence allegations from Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s wife in 2021, in which she alleges he is a repeat wife beater & writes “At this point, I am afraid to be close to him. I have multiple photos/videos of how violent he can be and all the bruises he bas left me.”

In her own handwriting, she alleges that Abrego Garcia punched and scratched her on her eye, leaving her bleeding after throwing her laptop on the floor. She writes that on another day, he got angry again, started yelling, and ripped her shirt and shorts off, then grabbed her arm, leaving marks.

She also writes that in two times in 2020, he hit her.

"In November 2020, he hit me with his work boot".

"In August 2020, hit me in the eye leaving a purple eye."

This is the best example the whorenalists and Demmies can come up with, of someone who should be allowed to stay in the US, despite denied asylum claim, deportation order (s?) and domestic violence on a single mom he planted a kid in.

And presstitutes called him 'Maryland Man', instead of 'illegal alien'. Shows which side they want everyone to be on...
People are defending the rule of law. Have you considered who you are being asked to defend?

Apparently advocating for due process is now aiding and abetting terrorists. We don’t love America. It’s odd how some people can wrap themselves in the flag only to be at odds with the spirit our laws every time they open their mouth.
due process?

How many deportation orders does it take? How many denied asylum claims? Demmies want to bog down the process, granting them a win (win means they get more non-voting workers for them)
Oh, OK. To avoid the horror of that terrible peril then people should be rounded up and deported to foreign megaprison regardless of their immigration status or in the absence of a criminal record. Who shall we start with?

Again, goose gander. You’re the one who has decided this should be a test of character, and your champion is Trump. Of course you just scoff at decades of allegations and court cases against Trump. I bet you don’t expect us to do the same for Garcia! Image

The fact is that his deportation order was put on hold pending a review of his asylum claim. He was literally not to be deported back to El Salvador until that claim was tested. Instead he was deported to a prison despite never having been convicted of a crime.

Now you want to make it about him personally, without allowing us the same privilege regarding Trump; impressive show of integrity really.
Well, Trump has been a victim of lawfare for years. Remember James running on a 'get Trump' campaign? After doing that, one can't really think of her as 'objective'.

This El Salvadoran though, is clearly the BEST example that the whole Demmie press can come up with for wrongful deportation.

But he WAS in the country illegally, so most people who voted to get rid of illegals, will just accept it. Not the media, of course. They tend to arrange support for any kind of criminal, as long as they can attempt to make Trump look bad.
Iv the judgement against Trump are unsound what makes the judgement against Garcia sound. It is perhaps who's being judged and who's doing the judging?
