Re: All Things Trump: The Return Of The King
Tump says he is the executive. Garcia is the foreigner. Only the executive can execute foreigners in foreign jails.
Re: All Things Trump: The Return Of The King
Have you considered who you are being asked to defend?
https://x.com/BillMelugin_/status/1912654921196843357

This is the best example the whorenalists and Demmies can come up with, of someone who should be allowed to stay in the US, despite denied asylum claim, deportation order (s?) and domestic violence on a single mom he planted a kid in.
And presstitutes called him 'Maryland Man', instead of 'illegal alien'. Shows which side they want everyone to be on...

NEW:
@FoxNews
has obtained the written domestic violence allegations from Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s wife in 2021, in which she alleges he is a repeat wife beater & writes “At this point, I am afraid to be close to him. I have multiple photos/videos of how violent he can be and all the bruises he bas left me.”
In her own handwriting, she alleges that Abrego Garcia punched and scratched her on her eye, leaving her bleeding after throwing her laptop on the floor. She writes that on another day, he got angry again, started yelling, and ripped her shirt and shorts off, then grabbed her arm, leaving marks.
She also writes that in two times in 2020, he hit her.
"In November 2020, he hit me with his work boot".
"In August 2020, hit me in the eye leaving a purple eye."
This is the best example the whorenalists and Demmies can come up with, of someone who should be allowed to stay in the US, despite denied asylum claim, deportation order (s?) and domestic violence on a single mom he planted a kid in.

Re: All Things Trump: The Return Of The King
Again, goose gander. You’re the one who has decided this should be a test of character, and your champion is Trump. Of course you just scoff at decades of allegations and court cases against Trump. I bet you don’t expect us to do the same for Garcia!
The fact is that his deportation order was put on hold pending a review of his asylum claim. He was literally not to be deported back to El Salvador until that claim was tested. Instead he was deported to a prison despite never having been convicted of a crime.
Now you want to make it about him personally, without allowing us the same privilege regarding Trump; impressive show of integrity really.

Re: All Things Trump: The Return Of The King
It's not Garcia or wife beating that is at issue. Trump has no right to deport or imprison anyone without due process. Due process applies to persons. Not citizens, not illegals, all persons.
After due process Garcia can be deported. But not to El Salvador.

Re: All Things Trump: The Return Of The King
I can tell. The information is freely available.
Weren't his deportation orders 'due process'?Trump has no right to deport or imprison anyone without due process.
What process is a person due, when they are in the country illegally?Due process applies to persons. Not citizens, not illegals, all persons.
How many deportation orders does that take? Any why NOT El Salvador? Is it because they treat members of MS-13 as criminal?

So far, that is the whorenalist tactic of using 'sources familiar with the matter' or such. The authorities haven't yet answered the questions by Pappert, but that's kind of an answer. The Tennessee Star learned on Wednesday that Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an alleged member of the Central American gang Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13) who was deported to El Salvador under President Donald Trump amid legal action claiming the removal was by mistake, was suspected of being engaged in human trafficking by a Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) officer who detained him in December 2022, leading the THP to contact the FBI for guidance. Within two hours, the FBI ultimately requested the THP release Garcia and the passengers in his vehicle. THP complied with the request.
Re: All Things Trump: The Return Of The King
Well, Trump has been a victim of lawfare for years. Remember James running on a 'get Trump' campaign? After doing that, one can't really think of her as 'objective'.Sean Hayden wrote: ↑Thu Apr 17, 2025 1:44 pmAgain, goose gander. This El Salvadoran though, is clearly the BEST example that the whole Demmie press can come up with for wrongful deportation.
But he WAS in the country illegally, so most people who voted to get rid of illegals, will just accept it. Not the media, of course. They tend to arrange support for any kind of criminal, as long as they can attempt to make Trump look bad.

"Weren't his deportation orders 'due process'?"
No. A lowly paid ICE agent is not a court. Due process requires a judge.
Only aliens caught at the border can be turned away by US officials. Such as paasengers Trump has labeled terrorists. There you can only send them back. Not to jail.

Re: All Things Trump: The Return Of The King
It's so weird how much ink is being spilled defending his remaining in the US.
That sure would end up making Demmie media look bad if it turns out he wasn't a 'Maryland Man', who was just minding his business.

Because defending this guy just looks worse and worse, as more evidence rolls out. Almost as if those Demmies fell for something...

So if he IS a gang member, does he still deserve the full-throated defense he has been getting by media and Demmies? Or is there maybe some other affront to Demmie rights that should get the attention?Let's tell another story about Kilmar Abrego Garcia. This one has to do with his lawyer, Simon Sandoval-Moshenberg, and how a 4th Circuit judge (and the entire media) effectively got duped into underplaying the evidence that Abrego-Garcia was in MS-13.

Re: All Things Trump: The Return Of The King
Oh, and if every deportation order requires a judge, the Demmies win and get to keep their slave class of non-citizens until the 'speed of bureaucracy' gets through all of them.

Is that the right link? It just goes to that statement and a picture of some guy.Cunt wrote: ↑Thu Apr 17, 2025 2:47 pmIt's so weird how much ink is being spilled defending his remaining in the US.

Re: All Things Trump: The Return Of The King
You can’t believe it’s mostly democrats benefiting from cheaper immigrant labor.

Re: All Things Trump: The Return Of The King
It's not the cheap labour I was mocking, but the fact that non-citizens can't vote. But they CAN add political power to an area, AND pay taxes.
What was that called in the past...taxation without representation? lol

Re: All Things Trump: The Return Of The King
Yeah, yeah, and innocent men get accused of domestic abuse. The more vulnerable the man the easier it is to do. Now, you wouldn’t accept that flippant dismissal of serious allegations against Garcia, but you’re super motivated to make excuses for Trump. That makes everything you say suspect.Cunt wrote: ↑Thu Apr 17, 2025 2:05 pmWell, Trump has been a victim of lawfare for years. Remember James running on a 'get Trump' campaign? 1. There was a court order that he not be deported to El Salvador
2. He was not only deported to El Salvador, but to a prison there
You can throw all the mud you want at this guy but it’s not touching the facts. That’s why you’ll keep losing in court.

Man, if I were Republican I’d have them all on my side. Trump’s managed to get a few, but he’s determined to screw that up!

karoline leavitt: "The ball is in China's court"
Yes it is because that ball is made in China and is too expensive to ship to the United States because of trump's dumb trade war!
