In order to do what? I doubt it can be used to explain why black families earn far less than white families and all families nationwide, black unemployment is consistently almost double white unemployment across time, black child poverty rates are regularly triple white rates or white families own nearly ten times the wealth of black families.

So what do you think ought to be done?

Depriving people who spread the message that moral or character inferiority/superiority is in genes that can be classified by race of a platform would be a start. Education systems (50 of them in the case of the US) that actively teach why the abovementioned racists are wrong might make some difference too.

I think you're confusing equity with equality there. What you've just said there is, 'Some people are always going to get unfair and partial treatment, so pushing for things to be more fair and impartial is a waste of time.'
