This guy MUST be a repubnican...

A 13-second clip — later posted on social media – shows Schack gaze at his screen before standing up, taking a few steps away and beginning to pleasure himself, according to the report.
Schack’s name appeared on the screen as the host of the Zoom call. Seconds later, another name appeared, replacing him as the moderator.
The 21-year employee for Montgomery County Public Schools – who also runs Pirate Magic, a business that throws “pirate parties” for youngsters while he portrays a character named “Captain Silly Bones” – said he has since been placed on administrative leave.
A dead guy once told me (while he was alive) that EVERYone who has a desire to work with children should be under a high level of suspicion. I don't think he meant just the sex stuff.
Apple, Visa and Pornhub all market to kids (though some of those companies wait until the kids turn legal age before signing contracts)

Are you saying that the label 'transphobic' really means someone who has a strong dislike or aversion?
As you well know, I didn't write that, so no, that's not what I'm saying. The usage is variable, and context will serve to indicate an accurate understanding of the usage. Nor is one aspect of 'phobia' exclusive of the others. Focusing on one aspect while ignoring others is fallacious, and if not done out of ignorance, it is done in blatant bad faith.

There really are only two sexes, no matter how hard you wish.
The bleached-blonde zealot's sign doesn't reference 'sex', it references 'gender.' Gender is not the same as sex, no matter how hard
you wish it to be so.

I don't mind if a person wants to date either sex, or live as either sex, but I'm not willing to lie, and say that a man is a woman.
Is that 'phobic' to you, too? Or do facts matter?
You've made your strict adherence to a doctrine of militant ignorance on this and other topics readily apparent. If you wish to align yourself with shitheels like Marjorie Greene, that's your own problem.

It's not militant ignorance, just plain biology.
As to 'gender', no-one has convinced me that gender is anything other than a personal matter. Or fashion. Maybe both. In any case, not something I need to participate in.
What is it you are trying to convince me of, exactly?

Rand Paul has to get in on the act to confirm his status.
'Rand Paul Launches Into Transphobic Rant Against Trans Nominee'
Dr. Rachel Levine, the first transgender person to be nominated for a Senate-confirmed position in the federal government, had been seated in her confirmation hearing to become the nation’s assistant secretary of health for a little less than an hour when she was grilled about “genital mutilation” of minor children by a Republican committee member.
...
Paul, a former self-certified ophthalmologist, repeated his question of whether Levine supported access to hormone blockers and “reconstruction of genitalia” for minors, before relaying the story of Keira Bell, a British citizen who was assigned female at birth before taking puberty blockers and supplemental testosterone as a teenager. Bell, who later de-transitioned when she was an adult, led a court case that effectively blocked transgender children under 16 from medical transition in the United Kingdom. It is not standard medical practice to perform gender confirmation surgery on minors in the United States, and Bell’s surgery was not performed until she was 20.
“I’m alarmed that you’re not saying they should be prevented from making decisions to amputate their breasts or genitalia,” Paul said. “We have always said that minors do not have full rights—will you make a more firm decision on whether or not minors should be involved in these decisions?”
Levine reiterated that transgender medicine is “a very complex and nuanced field,” as well as her offer to talk with Paul and his staff about the issue, upon which Paul asked the record to show that she refused to answer his question and likened trans men being given testosterone to hydroxychloroquine being used to treat COVID-19.
...
“It is really critical to me that our nominees be treated with respect and that our questions focus on their qualifications,” Sen. Patty Murray (D-WA) said, “rather than ideological and harmful misrepresentations.”
The LGBTQ Victory Institute, which works to elevate LGBTQ people in politics and government, called Paul’s remarks deeply offensive.
“His remarks echo the talking points of the same organizations who said gay men deserved AIDS and that LGBTQ people should be criminalized,” Ruben Gonzales, the group’s executive director, said in a statement. “He explicitly attacked vulnerable trans youth for his own perceived political gain and it was a disgrace.”
Levine has been the subject of repeated misgendering by Republican lawmakers and staff since her nomination, particularly as the leadup to the Equality Act—set to be passed by the House of Representatives later on Thursday—has prompted opponents to fixate on trans children in school sports as a reason to defeat the legislation.

You misunderstand. I don't think you're capable of being convinced of anything, unless it comes from a right wing source, in which case you appear to be willing to swallow the most ridiculous hogwash and regurgitate it here. My purpose in replying to your posts is usually to provide a counterpoint to the militant ignorance you display here on a daily basis.

I didn't think you could say clearly.
It's pretty tough to deny biology. Take 'Rachel' above, for example. Do you think he will 'pass' as female? In what contexts?
If not, are people supposed to pretend they don't know he is a male? I'm not talking gender here, just normal sex, as most of us understand it.
See, it is a lot simpler for me, because I don't play the gender games the youthful and horny are playing. I just stand back and refuse to lie.

Another Florida man weighs in, bringing the big guns.
'Anger as Florida lawmaker Greg Steube says transgender people "offend" God'
A Republican congressman sparked anger when he suggested that transgender people are an “offence” to God.
Florida lawmaker Greg Steube made the controversial comment during a debate in the House on the passage of the Equality Act, which would ban discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender equality.
The GOP member told the House he would begin his speech by giving them the “truth” as he read from Deuteronomy 22:5 in the Bible.
“A woman must not wear men’s clothing nor a man wear women’s clothing, for the Lord your God detests anyone who does this,” he read.
Then he told the House that the verse was concerned with people determining their sexual identity.
“It’s not clothing or personal style that offends God, but rather the use of one’s appearance to act out or take on a sexual identity different from the one biologically assigned by God at birth,” he claimed.
“When men or women claim to be able to choose their own sexual identity, they’re making a statement that God did not know what he was doing when he created them.”
Mr Steube then said that the Equality Act “goes directly against what is laid out in scripture”.
So there.

Florida man is not gonna stand for it!
'Florida man points gun at neighbor for flying Biden flag, commands dog to "kill" deputies'
A Fort Myers man was arrested after getting upset that his neighbor was flying a “Biden flag,” officials said.
Edward Lacourse, 75, was arrested on Monday night and faces an aggravated assault with a weapon charge, deputies with the Lee County Sheriff’s Office said.
According to NBC affiliate WBBH, neighbors told deputies that Lacourse was upset about a “Biden Flag” on their property and started verbally assaulting them.
The victims said they had never had a conversation with Lacourse in the 18 years that they have lived there.
Following the dispute, deputies arrived and knocked on Lacourse’s door. He opened his door and commanded his collie mix dog to “kill,” deputies said.
Deputies found the shotgun Lacourse used to point at his neighbor with a round in the chamber and three rounds in the tube.
The biased media must have stifled all the stories in 2017 about shithead Clinton supporters threatening Trumpists for flying a stupid flag.

It's very popular to accuse people of being 'phobic', or 'deniers'. Those are buzzwords to help spot bullshit.
I agree. Let's not call it transphobia. Let's call it something which more aptly describes what it is: anti-trans bigotry.

You're confusing gender identity and sex assignment at birth. Would you be surprised to learn that the vast majority of trans people don't dispute the fact of their biology or the statements to the effect that, aside from those born with certain anatomical developmental conditions, there are only two sexes? I think you would be surprised. You're opposing a strawman of your own creation, which only reflects your personal lack of understanding.

How is it 'anti-trans' to decline to be involved in someone's personal life? I really don't get it.

Playing fast and loose with the goalposts doesn't change anything. The issue is Marjorie Greene's anti-trans bigotry. She didn't 'decline to be involved in someone's personal life.' She got up and ranted about how preventing businesses and institutions from discriminating against people based on sexual orientation and gender identity is 'attacking God & believers' and 'a direct attack on God's creation' (
source). She also lied about the bill, claiming that it would 'put trans rights above women's rights,' and
called it 'DISGUSTING, IMMORAL, AND EVIL' to pass a law that would protect people from being discriminated against because of their sexual orientation and gender identity.
I note that in an
earlier post I failed to link properly to an article I quoted from. Here is the proper link:
