How do you hit a boat with a train?
You have to try very hard
A lot harder than that kook.
To be fair, though, it's tough to be creative with a train's route.

We have a group of infected people, some 180, two counties over. These, as well as a few people in assisted living, managed to pass it to 69 new cases over a day. Or else they flew in from New York etc. The quarantine is rather loose: most gathering places, restaurants, bars. Shopping is only down to half. Clothing stores and entertainment is shut down, but you can shop for golf clubs, guns, fishing gear, boats, cars, all you like.
My daughter and her husband (next STATE over) signed their sales contract for the house in their car at the real estate agent's building parking lot. I think some title people had to go over the papers inside.

An example of the data manipulation:
NOTE ON FRANCE DATA:
On April 2, France reported 884 additional deaths that have occurred in nursing homes over the past days and weeks [source]. The French Government did not include these deaths in their official count, as their count only takes into consideration deaths of hospitalized patients. Following international standards of correct inclusion, our statistics will include these deaths, and will add them to the April 2, 2020 count following the attribution criteria of date of report.
If and when the French government determines and communicates the correct distribution of these additional deaths over time, we will adjust the historical data accordingly. A similar issue took place on February 12, when China reported an additional 13,332 new cases in a single day due to a change in how cases were diagnosed and reported in Hubei.

Could this be the thin end of a thick wedge:
No 10 seeks to end coronavirus lockdown with 'immunity passports'
Fresh criticism over testing plan as Matt Hancock says early antibody results ‘poor’
No 10 is facing fresh questions over its coronavirus testing plan, as it emerged that the government is hoping to exit the lockdown through controversial “immunity passports” and antibody tests that are still not proven to work.
In the face of intense criticism, the health secretary, Matt Hancock, on Thursday admitted for the first time that mistakes had been made. “There will be criticisms made, and some of them will be justified,” he told the daily press briefing.
Hancock revealed that certificates to prove someone is immune to the virus could allow some of the population to go back to work, as he made a new pledge to complete 100,000 tests a day in England by the end of the month.
The start of the future? Immunity passports?

The scientific examinations in Germany of the available antibody tests have shown that all of them are not good enough currently. Too many false positives.

These so-called immunity passports are a complete non-starter at the moment. This is political PR: making a lot of noise and being seen to be doing something that takes up news-time and distracts attention from the disparity between what they've been saying, what they're actually doing, and what's possible.

Are not these the ones going to be used in the UK and USA?
