Eight new deaths; all people over 70 who were suffering from other complaints. We have a total of 178 cases.

We have 1413 cases. That is 0,0083% of the population but words like 'could' and 'probable' are bantered around as if they are facts. If there are 10,000 that is still only 0,6 of the population. 24 are dead and no one under 59 and all suffering other complaints
It is all too convenient. There is so much going on politically and economically it is all very handy. The virus will be blamed for years.

Next week we'll read
There's only one million cases! That's not even half the population. And only a few thousand deaths, no one under 12! And they all had had a cold in one of the previous years!
You are playing the same game.

some experts on TV keep saying it's not SARS. It's not the 2003 SARS but it is a SARS virus

The source is known and well documented: it's a virus commonly found in bats. Bats were traded as so-called warm meat in the Wuhan market that is the root of the outbreak. It's transfer across species makes Covid-19 a xenotropic virus.
Depends where you take your source from. Why do people go into bat caves? Why is there so much interest in this family of viruses? There are plenty of viruses in those bats and why did this one only just appear? What was laboratory in Wuhan in possession of this virus that magically appeared.

No bells? AIDS, swine-flu, SARS.

The transfer across species and the spread of the infection can be fully explained by the known facts, so there's no need to start making up extra ones Scot.

We haven't heard from Galaxian so far about COVID. Looks like Scot is stepping up to take his place.

It was bats. Edible bats. Next time it may be chickens. Hong Kong during one epidemic killed all its chickens.

I am not making up anything. Known facts? :funny: All those viruses in bats and only the one that is being kept in a laboratory appears?

So any way you slice it, the Chinese are at fault. Either they made the shit in the lab and then released it for nefarious reasons (or it escaped because they're fucking incompetent), or it's because they eat fucking bats (and pangolins and tiger dicks and dogs and shit) unlike us civilized types who eat other animals.

Nuke them. It's the only way to be sure.

Yeah yeah that's Draconian and all, but on the plus side, look at global pollution and CO2 emissions, they're down, WAY down in China. Get rid of them we get rid of global warming. Win/Win.
Yeah well that's just, like, your opinion, man.

Getting rid of the US would be much more effective in combating climate change. Nuking anyone would create far worse problems compared to climate change.
