Re: Kavanaugh hearing
That's not just dick waggling frat boy conduct. Thanks for the link, as I had not seen the news yet. Wow. That's huge. That is more than "serious" allegations of someone trying to pull a shirt off a girl at a drunken party. She's talking about a massive conspiracy to commit multiple rapes, drug abuse, drug trafficking, felony drugging of other people, and several other felonies I can think of off the top of my head. The conspiracy to commit these crimes, based on her allegations, extends way beyond Kavanaugh and Judge being grabby drunken boys and waggling their dicks. Many people were involved, she says.
The allegations include that Julie Swetnick went to "numerous" or multiple parties which she attended where "trains" of boys lined up outside of rooms where women she apparently knew to be drugged and incapacitated, like her on one occasion, were gang raped. At one of the parties, she herself was gang raped, but not by Kavanaugh and Judge. Her testimony re Kavanaugh is that she saw him there, in a line, waiting for his turn to rape an already multiple raped girl.
Kavanaugh said he never had sex in high school. Kavanaugh says he does not know who this person is. Odd that the positions are so extremely opposite. He doesn't say he partied and drank and had sex but everything was consensual. He says, I did not go to these parties, I don't know who this person is, and I never even had sex in high school. Jeez.
"I witnessed Brett Kavanaugh consistently engage in excessive drinking and inappropriate contact of a sexual nature with women during the early 1980s," Swetnick says in her statement, which she signed under penalty of perjury. This is less concerning than the rape allegations, obviously. Excessive drinking and "inappropriate" contact doesn't mean "non-consensual" contact. She saw him grinding and mucking about with women's clothes, but it's not clear how she can testify that the women were not participating. But, that can be clarified by asking her details.
The most alarming allegations are - “I have a firm recollection of seeing boys lined up outside rooms at many of these parties waiting for their ‘turn’ with a girl inside the room,” she wrote in a declaration that her attorney, Michael Avenatti, posted Wednesday morning on Twitter. “These boys included Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh.” Huh - she saw gang rapes at "many of these parties" - Many? Many gang rapes. Lines of boys waiting to rape drugged girls, and she - at the time an adult (college age, three years older than Kavanaugh in 1982)? Where were these parties? Whose houses? Who were other people lined up? Who else attended the parties?
Something really isn't adding up here with all this stuff.
At this point, I think there would need to be a criminal investigation. I would think there should be a mountain of information we can glean from her. She should be able to name names of people who put on these parties, and other individuals who attended the parties. She knew kavanaugh was there, a kid three years her junior (she graduated in 1980, two years before the high school rape gang paries that she regularly attended occurred...) so - query - does she remember anyone else? Homeowners? Party planners/throwers? Other participants in the rape gangs?
This is massive - this sounds like a massive massive underground, coordinated rape club. Party after party, without anyone finding out, where lines of teenage boys wait their turn to rape drugged out teenage girls. Man, if that were true, I'd want Kavanaugh and all the other participants dead, particularly if my daughter was in high school and going to parties at the time.
Delay the vote.
Send out the FBI. Send out the Maryland State Police and local police of the towns/counties in which the parties took place. There is no statute of limitations on rape in Maryland, I believe. So, we need to get to the bottom of this, I think.
The crimes alleged to have been committed by Kavanaugh and others at these parties are felonies, and could have sentences of 10, 20 or even life in prison.

Re: Kavanaugh hearing
Why do you suppose one set of vague allegations is treated as more credible than another set of CLEAR allegations?

Re: Kavanaugh hearing
Governor having sex with nursing home employee has something to do with high school boy waggling his dick in front of all kinds of women?
Re: Kavanaugh hearing
Bill Clinton is accused of rape by this woman, with specifics which could be checked.
Kavanaugh accused of a misdemeanor with only vague recollections.
One gets all the attention the media can provide. Why not the other?

Numerous people at various parties, public!, describe this party animal. Bill fucked the woman sober in her room. What a prick. I think she came around to realizing she could only get hush money. She did not get even get that.
But President has lower standards. You would not want Trump or Bill as justice!

What, Cunt, are you paid to be this guy? --serious question-- If so, how did you and 42 get this job? Was it young Republican connections, oil and gas lawyers, politician staffers, lobbying, what?
I'm asking because Clinton has been known for this and hated for it forever. So why would some guy who isn't crazy, or paid to bullshit, or isn't an idiot, do this kind of thing 24/7?

The latest fad is a poverty social. Every woman must wear calico,
and every man his old clothes. In addition each is fined 25 cents if
he or she does not have a patch on his or her clothing. If these
parties become a regular thing, says an exchange, won't there be
a good chance for newspaper men to shine?
The Silver State. 1894.

I'm not paid. I've been thinking through some of these issues, in conversations here, stretching back a long time. I may be inconsistent here and there, but my thoughts and opinions have changed over the years.Sean Hayden wrote: ↑Wed Sep 26, 2018 8:32 pmWhat, Cunt, are you paid to be this guy? --serious question--
I've heard of people being paid to write this useless drivel we love, but I've never been offered. At least that I know of.Sean Hayden wrote: ↑Wed Sep 26, 2018 8:32 pmIf so, how did you and 42 get this job? It could be that I don't pick up the signals. I had several 'coded' offers of 'advanced drugs' go RIGHT over my head, before I understood the codes.
I doubt anyone is doing that here. The audience here strikes me as...um...how to say this...unimportant to the larger social media 'influencers'.
Why would you exaggerate so much? You know almost this whole statement is devoid of accuracy or fact, right? I don't care that you DO exaggerate, but I want you to think about why you did it that time.Sean Hayden wrote: ↑Wed Sep 26, 2018 8:32 pm

That bugs me a lot. This dismissive shitting on the opposition (which I have done myself) is a poor way to understand issues. With this one, I noticed (via the Crowder interview) that one assault was handled very different from another, and one of these instances is the subject of this thread.
So I posted it, and everyone is focused on Bill or the principals. She mentioned a Dem senator (Feinstein?) who handled the two accusations as if politics were the most important part of the situation. That's the prominent thing to me - the difference in respect afforded to accusers. It's almost like politicians are using willing accusers, maybe even unethically.
Come run with me, if you want me to look you in the eye and tell you I'm not a paid shill. I'm going south into (easily accessible) a bigger centre, in May, to run a 50k. Enter any race in Calgary that day, and I'll make time to sit down and have a coffee or beer.
