I was at a presentation a couple of weeks ago, given by the veteran RTE/BBC science news reporter Leo Enright. He gave a great talk on the Curiosity mission. I don't think he'd have been impressed with suggestions of Dinosaurs on Mars ...

Shelled organisms are much earlier on the evolutionary scales than large fossilized bones......
