I was at a presentation a couple of weeks ago, given by the veteran RTE/BBC science news reporter Leo Enright. He gave a great talk on the Curiosity mission. I don't think he'd have been impressed with suggestions of Dinosaurs on Mars ...

It's impressive, but not as impressive as the gigantic fossil of a man, on the moon, which is actually visible from Earth.
You can see it without a telescope. What more proof does anybody need?

Shelled organisms are much earlier on the evolutionary scales than large fossilized bones......
A rational skeptic should be able to discuss and debate anything, no matter how much they may personally disagree with that point of view. Discussing a subject is not agreeing with it, but understanding it.
