Venezuela has been adopting old Soviet style collectivism a piece at a time, and has been emulating them quite well. Which means everything they touch turns to shit.
A rational skeptic should be able to discuss and debate anything, no matter how much they may personally disagree with that point of view. Discussing a subject is not agreeing with it, but understanding it.

When I was a kid, the toilet paper at school was jeyes. It was just like tracing paper. Stiff, sharp, transparent and slippery.
And it was about as absorbent as kitchen foil.

So if I was in Venezuela, I'd just use aluminium foil. It would bring it all back.
While there is a market for shit, there will be assholes to supply it.
