I suppose that this may be so if you're atheistic enough to doubt that some god was responsible for your survival while also doubting that if some god was responsible for your survival, he was not also responsible for allowing the tornado to happen in the first place.

Even in America it's an odd question. One expects survivors to spew that sort of nonsense, but I can't recall ever seeing a reporter trying to coax it out of them before. I guess he just ran out of things to say.
