Nah, just turns out they'd been interpreting the Bible wrong. Especially that 19th Century add-on. Takes a lot of interpreting, that book. Sometimes you have to take each and every word "in context" or it winds up sounds like a goat-herders diatribe. Which it obviously isn't, because Mormons are not goat-herders. A psychiatrist once did a detailed analysis of the imagery in the Book of Mormon. Nobody would touch it.
