It would be nice to be so good at maths that you could tinker something together for any strange little fantasy you care to come up with. Getting all your numbers lined up doesn't help a flawed basic premise though.

It is not possible to know 'all bits of knowledge which it is logically possible to know'.

1. Assume a 'brain' exists with the capacity to contain every fact about every universe. Let us call the total facts U.
2. That brain is a part of those universes.
3. U therefore includes the total contents of the brain.
4. But 1 states that the brain contains U. This is a contradiction, since no set can both contain and be contained by another, distinct set.

Actually, you have that in reverse. Cranks are people who violate the laws of physics with their theories, such as introducing new, experimentally-unconfirmed physics which violate the laws of physics. String theory falls under this category, since it has no experimental support whatsoever and it violates the known laws of physics.

That makes relativity and quantum stuff cranky too.
It all violates known laws, till it's accepted.
I said he's thought of as a bit cranky. That doesn't make him a crank, but it makes it harder to convince people to have a serious look at what you're doing.
