Owens' sister, Ashley Parker, saw the attack. "It was the scariest thing I have ever witnessed." Parker says 20 people, all African American, attacked her brother on the front porch of his home, using "brass buckles, paint cans and anything they could get their hands on."

As the attackers walked away, leaving Owen bleeding on the ground, Parker says one of them said "Now thats justice for Trayvon.
Just wait until the hotter months, at some point the wrong armed man will be attacked :eddy:
A rational skeptic should be able to discuss and debate anything, no matter how much they may personally disagree with that point of view. Discussing a subject is not agreeing with it, but understanding it.

It's just a fact. If I walk out of my house today, and someone is walking in my neighborhood, I am 100% within my rights to walk up to that person and say "hey, what are you doing here?"
so would that also mean I can just walk through your neighborhood, I can walk up to a person that looks suspicious to me and ask them what they're doing there?
Of course you could. Why wouldn't you be able to?

Super! Give me your address and I'll come and check out for any suspicious "persons" going through your neighborhood. Make sure it's not you or any of your family members. I'm prepared to "self defense".

I'm pretty sure if Martin had given Zimmerman his address, he'd still be alive now.

You can provide an address without being asked for it, you know.

"Hey, what are you doing here?"

"I'm staying with my grandfather over at 111 Main street. Want to walk me home?"

Be glad to, soon as I purchase my gun.

I'm pretty sure that if Zimmerman had not been allowed to carry a gun, Martin would be alive, and Zimmerman would be not facing a murder charge.

Yet another bunch of lives destroyed by America's loony gun laws.

Funny enough, I haven't heard lately of all the people who are saving lives with their concealed weapons.
There must be a press conspiracy to keep it quiet.

To you perhaps, but then again you don't know what you're talking about, so it's hardly determinative. The police, on the other hand, those who actually saw Zimmerman's head at the time, can easily corroborate or refute the photo when it's time to do so...in court.
The police reports state that Zimmerman was bleeding from the head and nose.
Which means that the police actually observed blood on Zimmerman, which is corroborated by the photos, including the ones you HAVEN'T seen that the police certainly have but have declined to release to the press, as they are required to do.
The prosecution are hardly likely to dispute police statements. There OUGHT to be plenty of available evidence, that hasn't been released to the public.
Precisely.
There should have been proper still photos, take in the police station, of any injuries.
I'm reasonably certain there were. That YOU haven't seen them is utterly meaningless.
His clothes should have been retained for evidence.
And they most probably were, and the fact that YOU don't know is, again, utterly meaningless.
That professor is clearly trying to line up another book deal, by trying to get involved. It's a lucrative industry in the States.
And that has what, exactly, to do with Zimmerman's guilt or innocence?
I would imagine that the police prosecution will argue that carrying a gun doesn't entitle you to kill someone,
Only an idiot would make any such claim to begin with.
if you cause a fight, and get the worst of it.
But if you don't cause a fight and someone attacks you unlawfully, while a gun doesn't "entitle" you to kill someone, their actions may well do exactly that, and it's appearing more and more like Martin's actions got him killed and that Zimmerman acted lawfully in doing so.
A gun licence isn't a licence to kill.
Only an idiot would think it is.
Zimmerman's cuts. if any, were minor.
Remote psychic diagnosis there Dr. Mistermack? Do you dowse for water and communicate with deceased loved ones too?
He needed no stitches. His "broken nose" was minor. And there is no proof how he got them.
He doesn't need proof how he got them, the prosecution needs proof that he DID NOT get them as the result of being feloniously attacked by Martin. Presumption of innocence and all that doncha know...
Jump on someone, and you might easily cut your head on the pavement, and they might well punch you on the nose.
And all the prosecution has to do is prove beyond a reasonable doubt that that's the way it happened and Zimmerman will go to prison for murder. But it's not looking very good for the prosecution's case at the moment, as all the evidence available to the public points to corroboration of Zimmerman's story and a justifiable shooting.
It's basically a publicity-hungry wanker, trying to get involved for the money.
Which, again, has what exactly to do with Zimmerman's guilt or innocence?

Still trolling with your deliberate bollocks Seth?

I don't take the shit you write seriously of course. Bragging about being a troll sort of gives the game away. Not the cleverest trolling in the world.
You could try a bit of humour to make it worth reading.
