You can tell which ones by the simple fact that they will also (later) require Proffesional Exams.
The most useful thing that a Degree does is provide someone with an additional couple of years of maturity. £30k+ is a lot to pay for that.
Unfortunately the UK seems to have got sucked into Qualification Inflation - by many companies requiring a degree............
What Employers need (for Jobs that also require a bit of thinking) is someone who can learn, and is willing to put some effort in (and a degree is no guarantee of that). - you only really find out what the person is actually capable of 6 months in (Interviews are largely a waste of time - it's always a 50 / 50 punt).......but need to give HR something to do
