I think that he probably was setting apart violent or forcible rape, from statutory rape or a rape that occurs through misunderstandings. Not all rape is forcible or violent, although all rape is wrong. Some rape occurs without the male intending to rape. The male can intend to have sex and honestly believe that the woman is consenting, but if she is, in fact, not consenting then it is rape still.

He is, of course, still a fucktard. Because no rape is legitimate, and and to use that word is just, well, fucktarded.

I am quite interested to know, however, where he gets the idea that a woman's body distinguishes rapes from consensual sex, and reacts to prevent pregnancy. I can honestly say, I have never in my life heard such a theory espoused by anyone, anywhere. I've tried to google this idea, and I have found nothing.

Has anyone asked numbnuts where he got this idea?
