Those are its death wobbles. The satellite used to orbit in a circle at an altitude of just over 600 kilometres. Now it travels elliptically, and has descended considerably. You'll find that each time it reaches its perigee (every 94 minutes, or so), it'll be a bit closer to earth than the previous time.
