Yeah, I'm that bothered. It just doesn't take that much. There are lots of things I could do instead of being here. Right now just about all of them are more interesting.

There's such potential here, if it can just be expressed. Right now it can't; trolls can block it up by gaming the system. That needs to be prevented, and when it's as obvious a case as this, it needs to be fixed pronto. It's just plain flat clueless to issue a proclamation from staff that contains a logical inconsistency. It's not even funny.

Our rules are deliberately loose and full of holes and open to interpretation by the staff. That is how most members like it.

That's how I like it too. What I'm doing is pointing out two flaws in the way they're being applied.

And, furthermore, that has been mentioned many times in responses to you. Pretending not to understand that and continuing to argue that they are not being rigorously applied is very much a rhetorical trick.

I'm not pretending anything, you've been trying to make this about me the entire time. You're changing the subject, or anyway you keep trying to, which is the oldest rhetorical trick in the book.

You have one rule that causes something that everyone agrees shouldn't be prohibited to be prohibited, and which I got a moderator notice for, and no answer yet to that. That same rule also causes another problem with something that everyone agrees should be prohibited being allowed, because it's "not against the rules."

I still have not received an answer on this matter. Despite thirty posts trying to change the subject and a moderator warning containing a logical inconsistency, as well as an accusation of other behavior that is again acknowledged by all not to be against the rules. In a moderator warning, I repeat.

It's highly relevant to whether I post here or not, among other activities that might occur to you if you were to think about it a bit.
