No your not, you're fucking ignorant of military strategy and tactics and international geopolitics and diplomacy. There's only one reason our navy has not wiped out piracy off the Somalian coast: They've been prohibited from doing so by the President, who doesn't want to have to take responsibility for explaining to people why thousands of Somali pirates were blown into gobbets of bloody flesh by our navy.
