They're running "Dinosaur Revolution" over here. Trying to update the "state of the debate" on dinos, according to the lead-in. Two episodes so far, I've watched one. No sure about the graphics, I was zombified last night when it was on.

These diansaurs are getting on the box a lot lately. Do TV producers understand what extinct means?

The asteroid still gets 'em all in the end no matter how good the special effects. I'm waiting for the remake of Blake 7 myself. That was a surprise ending.Geoff wrote:Hope it's better than "Walking with dinosaurs" was.klr wrote:A new six-part series, starting next Wednesday 14th September:

Anyway, am just watching some of the first episode now during half-time in the football. I'll watch the full thing later. John Hurt is the narrator

This obsession with dinosaur killing machines isn't healthy....

I got the box set of Planet Stromatolite. Have to say, it's a bit boring. I loved it.

I'm sick of the fucking dinosaurs. Why not run a six week series about abiogenesis or something?

Six weeks of clumps of cells and proteins? Maybe on BBC4 ...devogue wrote:I'm sick of the fucking dinosaurs. Why not run a six week series about abiogenesis or something?

I thank the people of the future who sent a asteroid back in time to kill all the dinosaurs. Without them we would still be at war with the lizard men today instead of reading about them on David Ickes conspiracy rantings as beings of fiction.

I would love to see the BBC Life series do abiogenesis. It's the next logical step.devogue wrote:I'm sick of the fucking dinosaurs. Why not run a six week series about abiogenesis or something?
