I was asked to sign a contract at work once it laid out several things that were illegal so I said I wouldn't sign ...they quickly said It was guidelines and not a legal document so I signed 'Mickey fuckin Mouse'

You don't even have to sign a contract in the UK to accept it. Just staying in your job is considered accepting the contract.

This seems kind of tricky. They could then make the contract anything they want and not even tell you about it. Without a signature how can anyone know if you were ever really made aware of the contract details or if you were hired without even being shown the contract?

He should become a shareholder and go after the senior Management / Directors by exposing all there habits (or allegations / queries) that bring Walmart into disrepute (as judged by a shareholder).......wrap it up with shareholder activism and could snowball...........
