Pardon. Basic arithmetic failure there. Twelve left (minus SK Amok) and probably 2 Scum). Lynch Amok today, leaves SEVEN Town, and two Scum. Scum will kill one town overnight, but that still leaves SIX Town and two Scum. Just use this day and tomorrow to follow the dots, and Town will win.amok wrote:The numbers are on Town's side. It may be true that the law cannot make a man love me, but it can keep him from lynching me, and I think that's pretty important.

I am not even convinced that she is a SK, tbh.
I was on a scum team with her @ RatSkep (Cookie's game) and she was pretty hot to trot with bloodlust.
I am not buying her whole, "I with held my NKs for town's sake" until I get a more involved response from her that doesn't involve putting down town.
ok.
Why did Amok out? Was she under suspicion?
Amok seems, imho, hesitant to kill without Town's blessing and discussion. I'm not sure I'd play it that way, but there you have it.
Right now we have some good numerical advantage, right? We'd be doing even better if we could make 2 kills per cycle, I'd assume.
If Amok isn't really an SK, we'll figure that our pretty quickly, right?
And, if you're so ready to whack Charlou/Aza (I agree, actually), why not lynch Aza and have Amok kill, say, Bili?
If Amok fails, she's dead tomorrow anyway, right?
I can't see how you or anyone else is missing the fact that we can test Amok's claim and potentially ally with her.
And, I'm about to get suspicious of your reluctance.

What? US vs THEM? Does that even count? I was Town. We were all Town. Bloodlust? Really? That's how you remember that?Diva wrote:

I'm up to page 6 in the thread, and people are voting amok based on the above ... I'm several pages behind, so I don't know what's been said over the last three pages yet (will continue reading, of course), but want to ask that an SK with a win condition like amok's may not be considered a 'threat'? If she can choose to align one way or the other, she's only a threat to town if she aligns with scum?

I can understand you and Az having a different perspective on what might be construed as 'chatty'. Az is given to brevity, while you're rather more talkative.divagreen wrote:Okay. I am following Irre's lead on Aza.
I found it terribly odd on d1 that Aza would say that Gonzo was chatty as scum. 2 games that I have played on here with him where he was scum (and 1 of them I was on his team) he was anything but chatty. I already mentioned this d1 and pointed out that Gonzo was lynched for his quietude. I then asked about what he thought of Gonzo contradicting himself with the vote on Irre for self-mayor voting. Aza wants to wait to form an opinion on Gonzo until he posts again. Lo and behold! Gonzo shows up, tries to deflect and deliberately misinterprets everything I say in order to try to pin a weak case on me.
Now think about the fact that Aza was on the scum team with Gonzo when Gonzo was lynched for quietude in the EQ1 game. Which I referenced. Aza said nothing. He should have known that Gonzo is not chatty as scum unless his scummates pull him back into the game. Which I think Aza did.

Yeah, sorry Feck.Feck wrote:@ Zig, Nobody is making sense ???? WTF did you read my post about not lynching Amok or just choose to ignore it ?
this is just a feeling BTW but Bili is starting to remind me of Gonzo in that game where he lead town and turned out to be scum ?
What's your vibe on Ksen, Diva, and Athene?
Also, Anyone have a votecount for those who have arrived late? I'd love to see who's on what BW. Thanks.

We became scum once we were dead. I led the bw on your lynching and you NKed me. When I joined the zombie/scumboard you were hot and bothered at the idea of killing other players. Yes, that is how I remember that.amok wrote:What? US vs THEM? Does that even count? I was Town. We were all Town. Bloodlust? Really? That's how you remember that?Diva wrote:

I kept up with the Legos game btw, had you and Witti pegged as scum on d1. You kinda lied in that game, surprised that Irre or UT didn't catch it. You kinda put forth a misconception in this game too on d1.
I think I might go back and read the scumboard from the Legos game and if I find in it any decisiveness in your input on Nks I am going to be gunning for you.
You still haven't answered my question btw. Why did you not kill Aza. Don't hand me that "I pledged not to kill" because I am not buying it.
And your math still sucks if you are town. Srsly.

Re: Stargate SG1 Mafia - Day 4
As far as I know, I wasn't under any more suspicion than anyone (and everyone) else. I made a decision to out (lacking knowledge that a survive-with SK is rare), because I thought we might be able to form a unit. Very, very unfortunate, in retrospect, because I think Town isn't focusing on Scum hunting as much as they (we) should be.Zigmen wrote:Hrmmmm.divagreen wrote: If she is town aligned, why did she not kill Aza lat night?![]()

How about everyone forget about tonight's lynch vote for the next six-eight-10 hours, Scum hunt, and then lynch me at 3 p.m. (my time - Atlantic Time). And then lynch whoever you've decided is Scum on the the next day.
Sound like a plan?

Athene coasting, not enough info ??

I don't remember it like that. I remember being confused at first, and then obey the rules, and then we were all cheering on town, at the end.divagreen wrote:We became scum once we were dead. If you were trying to form a unit, why did you not reach out to anybody? Instead you harangued Bili and tried to downtrod town. Which is what you have tried to do in this round and I am calling you on it. Your words are not matching with what you have actually done.amok wrote:As far as I know, I wasn't under any more suspicion than anyone (and everyone) else.
