I started this thread of a similar vein ages ago.
You might like a look at it. I think that some of the posts were good.

I have never had a paranormal experience per se
but I once had a rather unpleasant nightmare which
was unbelievably realistic. I found myself - for reasons
that I do not know - in a labyrinthine underground system
which was antiquated and out of use. And was being chased
by the Hellraiser alien and a bunch of Nazis. Now I was in the
kitchen - in the nightmare - and all of a sudden I found myself in
treacle unable to move. I turned round to see the alien and the Nazis
gaining ground on me even though they too were supposedly trapped in
aforementioned treacle. Mercifully I do not remember anything else. Now
you are probably thinking that this was only a bad dream, but the point is that
it was so vivid that I really thought I was down there with only them for company

Spooky. And look how quiet a similar thread is just one year later? Spookier still? People are afraid to say boo to ghost now? :zig:

Maybe it shows how fuckin lazy the ghosts are.

Once we had a fright, playing with a ouija board.
We were trying to get pissed, drinking homemade beer, smoking a little bit of dope, and one of the girls was superstitious, so she was coming out with ghost stuff.

We weren't getting much out of the spirits, but it was rumbling with thunder, which helped.
Suddenly, the front door flew open, all of the cards flew around the room as a REALLY powerful gust of wind blew through the house.

I knew that the lock on the door was broken, and we had wedged it shut, but I wasn't going to tell them !!

I helped deliver demons...pretty sure they were just schizophrenics. I saw a UFO that was pretty cool...still a UFO to me but it could have been many things other than aliens. I think that's it :tea:

I saw a UFO. Dunno what it was... I couldn't identify it.

I also had a really weird experience once when I felt someone touch my shoulder, but there was nobody there to touch it. Freaked me out for a few seconds, but I put it down to some random somatic sensation or something.

I saw my granny on the day of her funeral at the top of the stairs in her house. Just at a glance. When I looked closely she disappeared. I was 11. It didn't scare me or anything but I did believe it was her.
I didn't tell the grown ups.

I posted this elsewhere I think. I was in a pub above the Plymouth Barbican, Fisherman's Arms I think it was, when I got my arse pinched. Quite firmly too! Something got a full cheek!
I'd only been in the boozer a few moments and was in the snug awaiting service. The landlady appeared and as she was about to ask me what I wanted she looked at me as I was goose-necking..
"What's the matter with you?"
"Huh? Hey, someone just pinched my bottom!" "But there's no one in here"
"Oh, that'll be the ghost"
"Ghost?"
"Yeh, this place is haunted by a fisherman & his wife"
Me, shivering: "Well it had better have been the wife"

True.

I've seen the Fnords.

Does that count?
