Why I like the Daily Mail

Post by Tyrannical » Thu Aug 11, 2011 2:29 pm

A rational skeptic should be able to discuss and debate anything, no matter how much they may personally disagree with that point of view. Discussing a subject is not agreeing with it, but understanding it.

And the only reactionary paper that crusades for 'moral' decency while publishing stories, and photos, like this.

I think the daily mail is a very good thing. I would hate to have to wait any longer for my letters. :tea:

That''s all part of the humor.

I am not a frequent news paper reader any more, but I do like the opinion
page of Mail readers, not because I agree with them - I don't - rather that
it is good to have an alternative view. As most people have papers which
reflect their political bias, therefore is not much scope for bar raising or
envelope pushing. It is good to be questioned from time to time. In fact
we should all be regularly exposed to challenge as this is the only way to
establish truth. Therefore, long may this right wing bible reign over us
