I'd cheer the prospect of a suddenly balanced federal budget.

The agreement wasn't terrible, though - it's a small down payment on deficit reduction, and the cuts and enforcement mechanism are somewhat real, which was not true of some earlier versions.

I think you should consider a change of userame - to Eeyore. There's a veritable mine of ready made quotes out there..
