In Gawd's eye every single white Merkin is a sadistic, murderous monster.Rum wrote:I can only speak for around here..where it would happen in reality.Gawd wrote:A black kid in a white neighbourhood in Mississippi.Rum wrote:Someone would have taken him inside and given him a mug of warm milk and phoned the social services.Gawd wrote:I wonder what would happen if this was a black kid in a white neighbourhood?

Of course I do. However your nasty small mind is incapable of seeing the good in people it seems to me. Most people are compassionate, caring and kind. That is my most common experience.Gawd wrote:Come on, you know what I'm getting at.Rum wrote:I can only speak for around here..where it would happen in reality.Gawd wrote:A black kid in a white neighbourhood in Mississippi.Rum wrote:Someone would have taken him inside and given him a mug of warm milk and phoned the social services.Gawd wrote:I wonder what would happen if this was a black kid in a white neighbourhood?
I am not saying there are not many exceptions, but I prefer to work with the positive rather than gloat, wallow and snivel in the negative like Gollum in Lord of the Rings.
Re: White child tortured by jeering Chinese crowd
I prefer a more realistic and pragmatic view of the world given the history of what happens to black kids in white neighbourhoods.

You actually think you have a realistic view of the world? You, the most hyperfocus and one-dimensional person on this forum?Gawd wrote:I prefer a more realistic and pragmatic view of the world given the history of what happens to black kids in white neighbourhoods.

Well, sorry for not thinking like a Care Bear. But doing that is like thinking the US has no debt problem.Gawdzilla wrote:You actually think you have a realistic view of the world? How many black men, women and children do you think live in Deer Lodge County Montana USA, population <10K?Gawd wrote:I prefer a more realistic and pragmatic view of the world given the history of what happens to black kids in white neighbourhoods.
I'll tell you, about three families.
I can't say they suffer no racism from some dipshits, but I have not witnessed it happening, I have not heard of it happening--and one of the main pastimes of this town is gossiping about other people--and there has been nothing about racism in the news for many years. What I have witnessed is black kids hanging with white kids, and they behave as if they are actually friends!
Woody Driver, a near lifelong resident died recently in a car accident.
Most people knew him and most of them were very sad about that.

Re: White child tortured by jeering Chinese crowd
So, do we have a consensus (excepting Gawd) that the events depicted in the youtube clip could only have happened under a communist regime in general, or the Chinese communist regime in particular?
I am, somehow, less interested in the weight and convolutions of Einstein’s brain than in the near certainty that people of equal talent have lived and died in cotton fields and sweatshops. - Stephen J. Gould

What, you mean speak Chinese? Haven't I just showed that some white people in "democratic" America do far worse?Seraph wrote:So, do we have a consensus (excepting Gawd) that the events depicted in the youtube clip could only have happened under a communist regime in general, or the Chinese communist regime in particular?

It appears to me that you haven't quite got the drift of what I was saying here.Gawd wrote:What, you mean speak Chinese? Eh, your sarcasm is too subtle. Is where it happened what is important, or that it happens?

Some red people In America do worse things.
Some brown people in America do worse things.
Some people in non-America do worse things; and that includes black, brown and yellow non-Americans.
