huh, i thought u were all about how you know i'm not franchise and how oblivion is scum an shit
There is no tension between suspecting that oblivion is scum, that you're at least not The Franchise, and wanting to the quiet/players to change their ways.

Diana Burnwood: 47's handler at the Agency. Diana briefs 47 on his assignments, oversees his progress, and serves as his guide over the radio. For the vast majority of the series, 47 never sees Diana, recognizing her only by voice, however, they do come face-to-face at the conclusion of Hitman: Blood Money and Hitman: Contracts. Diana has an upper-class English accent and a business-like demeanor. Although Diana usually handles 47's affairs from afar, she turns out to be a major character in Hitman: Blood Money; serving as a double agent, faking 47's death, saving the Agency from liquidation, and dodging death herself a few times.[13] In the end, her efforts pay off when the Agency is brought back online, although it is left unmentioned if Diana has been promoted to a higher position.[14] Diana is voiced by Vivienne McKee. In the Hitman film, Diana's only form of contact with 47 is through a synthesized voice via laptop. However, she does directly call 47 by phone in order to warn him that the Organization has targeted him.

The game started with two VIPs and two Waiters. Feck was a Waiter, and after his death the list says one Waiter. But Charlou was a VIP and the list still says two VIPs. Agent 47 must now be disguised as a VIP.

How that helps us, I haven't a clue, but there you go.
It may be true that the law cannot make a man love me, but it can keep him from lynching me, and I think that's pretty important.

If you're town, you don't need a threat hanging over you to answer.

Didn't Gonzo say somewhere that if 47 took a uniform we would be directed towards it?
Attending the party by invitation are
Guests (5)
Waiters (1)
VIP (2)
Body Guards (2)
Officers (2)
I don't think charlou was invited to the party
Outside the ordered universe is that amorphous blight of nethermost confusion which blasphemes and bubbles at the center of all infinity—the boundless daemon sultan Azathoth, whose name no lips dare speak aloud, and who gnaws hungrily in inconceivable, unlighted chambers beyond time and space amidst the muffled, maddening beating of vile drums and the thin monotonous whine of accursed flutes.

I am already in the scumpile, so I'm not going to finesse a damn thing. from here on out I'm totally candid wrt everything but my role as it pertains to myself. If I think of something that speaking out loud might help scum or hurt town I'll use dicretion.
