Scroll up to the "secret shopper" thread. It's good they don't know who I am, I couldn't give an honest evaluation if they knew I was reporting on them. For instance, I spent three days in a bed with no working call button once. Another time they left a catheter in way too long. But they've also been sharp and shipshape most of the time, so those events get put into context. I report once a month, along with maybe two dozen other vets, directly to her with a CC to the DAV.
