Re: The Innsmouth Look Day 4
As I said stated earlier, my win condition is unchanged, I win when all investigators die so it doesn't matter if I'm alive or not at end game. I'm not opposed to taking out b.tern (and me) first.

Which night are you talking about? I am misremembering, then.Athene wrote:Yes you did. You put a vote on feck half an hour before nightfall and said you believed my claimb.ternarius wrote:because at the time, I did not know Athene was seer. She was just another town player and her advice was no better than anyone else's.ksen wrote:b.t. why didn't you follow athene's advice?Athene wrote:At the time I placed my views I thought we had a vig and I'd asked the vig to take d.p out, I wasn't going to view somebody who I thought would be killed.
I have only a few minutes before I have to leave, maybe another five before Nightfall
##vote Feck##
I believe Athene's claim. Unsure of ksen's.
I did what seemed most sensible to me as sk playing vig.
fact remains, UT's starting a bw on me when there's likely only one scum left alive is dumb and could lose town the win.

Why did you kill i.c?b.ternarius wrote:My assumption was that town would lynch players you viewed as scum, and I would take out players that looked scummy enough to be a good bet. Re: The Innsmouth Look Day 4
because of his weird posting. he didn't seem normal and certainly hadn't read the thread, was overly exciteable about what I presumed was a block message and which seemed pointless and possibly modelled after the irre(?) message from earlier. Like I said, I relied on town to kill scum they were sure of, and killed players who looked scummy to me.Athene wrote:Why did you kill i.c?b.ternarius wrote:My assumption was that town would lynch players you viewed as scum, and I would take out players that looked scummy enough to be a good bet. Re: The Innsmouth Look Day 4
I am almost certain that DP is scum.
But UT makes a good case. If we kill b.tern today well be down to 5 players with athene getting killed too. There will be only 1 night kill (say UT) that would leave 4 of us (ksen, r.c, athene and DP). We would still win.

Re: The Innsmouth Look Day 4
It is possible to win, but at the same time I don't see the point. Do we get any additional info by not killing DP today? If we are going to lynch DP anyway tomorrow, what difference does it make.

The world is a thing of utter inordinate complexity and richness and strangeness that is absolutely awesome. I mean the idea that such complexity can arise not only out of such simplicity, but probably absolutely out of nothing, is the most fabulous extraordinary idea. And once you get some kind of inkling of how that might have happened, it's just wonderful. And . . . the opportunity to spend 70 or 80 years of your life in such a universe is time well spent as far as I am concerned.

You are lying about your win condition to stay alive, your excuses for killing ic make no sense, he wasn't a threat to town. You killed him to bring down the numbers.

Re: The Innsmouth Look Day 4
I really hope you people figure this out.
1. I'm not lieing about my win condition.
2. I can help town win.
3. Athene dies when I do.
That's the info you need to look at as town.
