I see the standard pattern has been followed (as with all other series of The Apprentice). The women bitch and moan and stab each other in the backs from day 1. :coffee:

Yep - the first episode is always the same - 6 bitches talking at once and then all blaming each other at the end - The men don't usually start to get bitchy until later on but they are generally better at it when they do.

Glad that sour-faced cow got the boot though - she was so fucking MISERABLE!!

I have a list of them...
Bones (though I'm falling off as last season seems to have jumped the shark)
Castle
the new Hawaii 5 o (though it might be more addiction to Grace Park than to the actual show)
the Mentalist (whoever writes it is/are champion at crafting a well built episode, even if the actual story can be rather meh)
NCIS (but less so the LA spinoff)

what's funny is that I actually don't have TV, I am introduced to shows by friends, and if I like them, I go all piraty on it (well, for the very best I might buy the DVDs, but won't wait till they are out, since I must watch the stuff before I decide if I want them)
Embrace the Darkness, it needs a hug

I have a TV, but I can't stand being limited to one episode a week, so I tend to wait until it's finished and pirate the whole series.

I devour TV shows if they're good... sadly they're mostly not.

Right now, though, I'm huge on Tremé... sadly the last episode of season 2 came out sunday... watching it now... After that it's another year to wait.

The Wire pretty much ruined most shows for me... or at least made them a lot less enjoyable.

I hardly watch any TV now. I catch the news about 3-4 times a week and watch an hour or so of The Simpsons and/or Futurama every day while Felix watches it, though I don't pay much attention when it's a repeat I've seen a few times. After that I just turn the TV off. Most nights lately I'll watch a film instead.

Curb your Enthusiasm. I can't get enough of it. This was from the episode I watched last night:

Cheryl: Okay, you know what? I think my friend Julie was just saying that the Beverly Park Country Club might be taking new members.

Susie Greene: Ah, eh...

Larry: It's... pretty.

Cheryl: I think they're taking new members, and it's a beautiful country club...

Susie Greene: All right, look, I don't want to offend you, but there's like three fuckin' Jews in the whole club, okay? It's not for us. It's WASP, WASP, Republican city...

Cheryl: Okay, you know what? I fit in with you guys all the time, for years I've been going to your thing, so...

Larry: How am I even gonna get by in the interview?

Susie Greene: [points at Larry] This one would stick out like a sore fuckin' thumb, this Jewface over here.

Larry: Oh, I'm more of a Jewface than *you*?

Susie Greene: Hey, fuck you, Larry, okay? I didn't get us into this predicament!

Larry: I'm much more gentiley than you are!
