Actually when I was a kid I ws quite obsessed with the apocalypse and we were part of a church who was "post-tribulation" meaning even us Christians would have to go through everything. I thought for sure one day I was going to have to choose between taking the mark of the beast or getting my head chopped off (thanks to some great Christian movies) but what's fucked up is I was really excited for it. I got in trouble for telling kids on the playground all about it and asking them what they are gonna choose

What is the support for that assertion? Some gentleman says it. O.k., fair enough. Who? And, what is he basing that calculation on? Is it believable? How many dire predictions have come before and come to fruition? (0). Doesn't the same book this jackalope is basing his view on also say that nobody can know when the events of the Book of Revelation will come to pass? Yes, that's true.

What is the rapture? Is it even a universally accepted Christian dogma? No. It is not. It is a dogma adhered to by a minority of Christians worldwide. Catholics, for example, are not literal rapturists, and don't even use that term. They view it symbolically.

There is a verse where it says verbatim "nobody knows the day or the hour"
ergo, anybody claiming to know is a false prophet in dire need of getting stoned, and I'm not sure I mean with hemp.

Well, "rapture ready" is the accepted authority, I believe, and they say the 21st is nonsense...though how they separate it from the rest of the nonsense is anyone's guess..
