There has been a bunch of hubbub on youtube about the Creationist-skewering sciencemonger Thunderf00t. He has incurred the ire of various left-leaning youtubers for his support of "everybody draw muhammed day" and his positions on other issues concerning Islam.
There was a whole campaign against Thunderf00t where folks recorded themselves giving him a "raspberry" or a "Bronx Cheer."
To me, Thunderf00t's videos are almost always awesome, and his position on Islam and Draw Muhammed Day are right on target. What does everyone here think?

I subscribed for a bit, and some of his original videos were pretty good, but like Aza, I couldn't listen for long. I got very bored with the intricacies of who was shutting who down on YouTube and got a bit fed up with what felt like superior smirking that seemed to go on in some videos.

There is a lot more to it than that. The last year or so Thunderf00t has become less and less involved in proper research it seems, resulting in videos with lots of errors in return getting lots of reactions both in the comment sections as video responses, which Thunderf00t ignores until it becomes so prevalent that he has to respond, quite often with red herringsm quote mining, and character assassination. And it is not just on the subject of Islam, also with regards to Christianity and economics he has gotten a lot of feedback that Thunderf00t never addressed or rectified. That is unbecoming of a YT channel that says to hold science and freethinking as its main objectives.
