Are you happy with Barack Obama's Presidency?

If so, why?

If not, why not?

If you don't care, why don't you care?

No. They never should have put a nigger in charge. Besides, he's black.

I am not happy with his Presidency, because I disagree with his economic policies, mainly. Although, I wouldn't say he's done a particularly "bad" job. I would give him an average rating at this point.

I also find his foreign policy to be somewhat ineffectual.

He's a bit bland. I disagree with Chuck - they should have voted in a blacker president. Chris Rock or someone.

He's doing a pretty great job considering the mess that one guy left.

I think we're not in much of a position to have much of an effectual foreign policy and that might be a good thing.

In realty it ammounts to wilful ignorance and intellectual cowardice as they are choosing to not form any sort of opinion on a particular topic. Not quite as bad as Woodrow Wilson or FDR, but headed that way unless he can be stopped. At least he hasn't thrown anyone in prison for disagreeing with him...yet.

He is the first US president that I can recall who has acknowledged "people of no faith" when talking about religious tolerance.

I voted 'Average' because the bar has been set really low over the past few decades.

Bill Clinton and George Herbert Walker Bush weren't that bad.

Gulf War. NAFTA. I rest my case.

We've had a series of very conservative presidents no matter what party they are in, who have put us in the position we're in now. Might I add that they've all been war-mongers omitting Carter.

Actually, Ford and Reagan didn't really mong much war. Reagan's only stint was in Grenada, which wasn't really "war."

GHWBush was certainly not monging any war. The only thing he took action in was the Persian Gulf War, and that received the Security Council stamp of approval after Kuwait was annexed by Hussein. I mean - what ought to have been done? Nothing? We have people claiming Libya and the Ivory Coast wars are just fine and dandy because the UN says they are o.k. and there are "possible" humanitarian issues....but, somehow it's monging war to oust Hussein out of Kuwait strictly in accordance with UN resolutions?

War mongers? Really?

The bastard acts too much like the white man that came before him, right down to the Christianity, greed, war mongering, Guantamano, and false "democracy". We need a true black brother.

I think he's determined to escape The White House with a 'solid reputation' even if it means the adminstration coming afterwards is both Republican and as a full incentive to decapitate all public expenditure in the US (outside the military). In that regards it is a similar but much worse, if your American, situation as at the end of the last Labour government here. Obama may not look like Gordon Brown but he appears to be following a Gordian path.
