Denny, you've claimed you had one shot ... what is your role?

From day two:

I suspect not.

So - I've read through the days now. Still seems a bit confusing, though I'm buying Feck's claim, UT and Irre. MSG seems plausible, though I too found the fact that she'd know that the don is called Winnowill strange. I guess she may just have a good knowledge of elfquest, though. I personally wouldn't have had a clue who's who.

DennyB killing Mantis seems very lucky to me, though I'm happy for such luck. Still, strange.

I can understand all the confusion about whether roles are town or not - I had to PM the GM before the start to clarify mine, which may have been why the role description got posted in the PG. I found my description ambivious at first, but then decided I am vanilla town. It read as posted in the OP, except that my description included my role in the tribe which was why I became confused. It seemed to describe some special powers, but in reality was just describing the character in elfquest, who is vanilla town in the game.

My bold.

Yeah, this was my confusion at first, too. Like I said, I thought I had a special warrior/protector role, but nothing came of it, so I'm guessing that's just part of the ElfQuest language.

Oh I know I was visited by one person ... if I was protected by someone that's good But if someone blocked another last night it's even better because we have found another scum I think ...
Was that person "well endowed" or some similar description?

Now we know mantis and gonzo were scum, it leaves the question of why take out higgs the first night. I'm still thinking another TR-based player is scum and pushed for the higgs kill. Someone like you, perhaps.
The NK of higgs does make sense as e.g. special hunting.

BTW, don't forget to reveal which of the object you gave away last night (and its user shouldn't forget to reveal what, if anything, was done with it). E.g., if mantis was swapped ("boomeranged") with somebody, it may put Denny back on the radar.

I know that the gift wasn't used last night. I also forged a nice silver breast plate (body armour) as a gift, too. I'm sure scum would love to know what I gave to whom.

Did you read higgs' posts? Did she drop any form of a special tell to you?

Higgs is normally quite active, so her low participation on day 1 stands out.

She's had quite a few quieter games here lately. Interesting that you think it stands out.

I thought higgs was an elf, and already dead? Why are we focusing on her/him?

I am trying to work out who would have wanted to night kill her, i.e. who the scum are.

Fair enough.

Hey guys, I've just been combing through the Day 2 thread (I'm only up to page four!), and just a couple of things stood out to me:

Mantis, who we now know was the Don, voted first for praying, then for Athene. She also seemed to try to cast suspicion on charlou. I don't know if any of that's significant, but it might be worth considering when we're picking a lynch candidate, especially considering how suss some people are of praying.

Anyway, back to my reading.

It's standard mafia to look for any information that might arise out of lynches and kills.
