Well that could apply to you, you know. My role claim checks out with Aza and UT plus the person who got another gift last night. You're not helping town by thinking there is a massive conspiracy that involves me and several other players.
You as an Indie checks out, but you as a non-killer doesn't as of yet. I am just pointing that out.
Then you are saying that you think I'm a serial killer. Why not just out and say it? If you have ever seen a game with an indie who views as 'not town' who gets to give useful gifts to other players and also gets to kill people, let me know.
All I am saying is that I am not ruling out that you are not a serial killer.

I am just trying to get all of the bases covered, Irre. No offence is meant.

That is interesting. So far there are only Go-Backs and Wolfriders and a two-edge with Elven allegiance. (Two-Edge is still by nature, dodgy).

Bolero, you do know that it was a Sunfolk knife found in MZ's heart, don't you?
Yeah, I did notice that.

Well, if there's only one Sunfolk elf in the game, then some bastard is setting me up.

And can I point out that I had no real motivation to tell you my role or tribe - I'm trying to figure out who's who. If I was scum, do you think I would have just come out and given you my head to put in a noose?
If you had not read all of your scum PMs, yes, I could believe it.

I think that the scum is found on the first two pages of this round. I just am not sure who.

Linus wrote:Probably not scum:

ut - credible seer claim
irre - credible indy claim
msg - gonzo lynch, doc claim
feck - credible name & mason claim
athene - credible name claim
denny - claimed NK of mantis

Others:

diva - meh
praying - postcount-to-content ratio vs. name claim
aza - reasonable so far
charlou - quiet, not sure I believe that wifom prevented her from coming up with 2nd day 2 suspect after diva
nellikin - must be judged indirectly via inferences about others
bolero - must be judged indirectly via inferences about others
zigmen - multiple iffy stuff

For now...

vote zigmen
Zigmen is on my tending scummy list.

Now we know mantis and gonzo were scum, it leaves the question of why take out higgs the first night. I'm still thinking another TR-based player is scum and pushed for the higgs kill. Someone like you, perhaps.

It is better to outline who your suspects are, rather than make nebulous statements like that one.

Who are your suspects and why?

Yeah, I guess that's fair enough - it could be a workable scenario. I'm not scum, though, and I don't have an inbox full of PMs - hang on, we're not allowed to PM anyway in Mafia on this forum, are we? Or does that rule not apply to scum? I'm getting my forums confused.

Look, let's tabulate who's who and see what it tells us. What's everyone's claimed role?

Bolero, scum are allowed to communicate off-thread. But it's rarely done by PMs. Which is another reason diva tends townish.

Hi All - sorry for lack of posting. But the weekend is over now and I've just finished analysing day 1. Will start on day 2 now. In the mean time - well done! seems like you're all doing well without me, but I hope to contribute more as of now :)

I'm also definitely getting a town read on diva, irre. She's posting like she does over on RS, and she's been very involved in trying to work things out.

I think that the exchange between Feck, Aza and Denny is interesting at the opening of this day round. Zigmen is back under suspicion.

Not an indie, I'm also a go-back and win when all threats to town have been eliminated.
