It is not a reflection of the phases of the moon although this may be a factor in poor decision making. You decide where the price is going now, I don't care anymore, you see there is a fixed and diminishing amount of the plentiful black gold and your opinion won't change the coming catalogue of catastrophic choices anymore than a mouse can derail a juggernaut. Human, only human.
