Where's Peter Harrison with his verdict on KZ3 with the Move?

I'm having a tinker with lord of the rings online seeing as it is free to play now.
Outside the ordered universe is that amorphous blight of nethermost confusion which blasphemes and bubbles at the center of all infinity—the boundless daemon sultan Azathoth, whose name no lips dare speak aloud, and who gnaws hungrily in inconceivable, unlighted chambers beyond time and space amidst the muffled, maddening beating of vile drums and the thin monotonous whine of accursed flutes.

I'm really loving it with the Move actually. Before I got it, I was planning on changing the deadzones so there wasn't much movement before turning. But after experimenting with as many different configurations as I could, I'm most comfortable with the default setting! You have to play differently, but it just becomes a part of the game. You can aim quicker than with the pad, but actually turning is something you have to think about faster. Thinking ahead helps. I tried playing with the normal pad but it didn't feel right after using the Move. For the first few days with Move, it was almost impossible to play single player on the hardest setting available, or Botzone against the best bots. But if you do try it, keep at it because it all started to click after a week and feels really natural now.

As for the Sharp Shooter peripheral for Move... I have no fucking idea if it's any good or not. It was supposed to be delivered for its release date but I've still not seen it. Emailed them yesterday, still waiting for a response.

I don't have access to the online features right now, so it's great that there is the Botzone. Used to be a standard feature for shooters years ago but more recently they seem to have been forgotten.

I'm loving the online game. I'm in a clan at the mo'. You kinda need it. But it's not 100% necessary. But if you get thrown in with a bunch of randoms you tend to get whipped. I usually, if my clan's not around, check and see if there is a clan on my side and give them support and rake in any kills that come my way. It's definitely a team game. If you look on the Killzone website there's a lot of people whining that the marksman is over powered and complaining about camping. Personally I love when marksmen shoot me because they're not going to be in their position for much longer. It's probably best to stay away from that forum. It is full of moaners.
The first major patch is coming in tomorrow. It should fix a few things. One thing they're fixing is the range of the medic's healing gun so you don't have to be up so close to people to cure them. I might actually start playing medic. Hopefully a few more will, too. His weapons are awesome.
I like the Botzone, too. It's good practice and the bots will play a team game so it's good practice for playing with your clan.

The Pope was today knocked down at the start of Christmas mass by a woman who hopped over the barriers. The woman was said to be, "Mentally unstable."

Which is probably why she went unnoticed among a crowd of Christians.

Just downloaded the Crysis 2 demo for the PS3. Not really impressed by this at all. I don't feel KZ3 should have any competition here. There's no feeling of power in the weapons and it's all a little bit boring.

Roll on Brink.

Nintendo 3DS. Best thing Ninty has done in a long time. If any of you have one or get one, let me know so I can add you.
