Oh, thank you; you're too kind
I don't speak English well, so sorry for my probably errors. I'm learning it, so, if you want, correct me.

Boun Giorno! I lived in Provincia Catania for three years, with many trips to or through Roma. I can still get as lost as I did back in the day!
Re: Welcome Efilzeo!
Buongiorno Gawdzilla, what did you do in Catania for three years? I was born near there, in Calabria.

I was in the Navy, I was the official "on duty" rep for the tour/shopping buses. (Tough job, but somebody's gotta do it.Efilzeo wrote:Buongiorno Gawdzilla, what did you do in Catania for three years? I was born near there, in Calabria.

Which is more than we can say for Zilla...Gawdzilla wrote:I was in the Navy, I was the official "on duty" rep for the tour/shopping buses. We passed through Calabria on the way to Roma regularly. Loved the ferry ride, I used to pretend I was chasing the Herman Goering Division across the Straits.

Re: Welcome Efilzeo!
Thank you Rum. Mmh, well, I was born in Reggio Calabria (the lowest point of Italy) in a hardly catholic family (three uncles priests) and I became atheist when I was twelve/thirteen. Then I went to university firstly in Sicily and after I moved to Rome. When I'll finish it I think I'll move to an anglophone country to learn English and take a specialization, for now I'm valuating England and Canada.Rum wrote:May I add my own welcome! Oh, I taked those ferries so many times that in conclusion I hate them. For a period I used to take them twice a day. I used to go up on the bridge (I don't know if you call it in this way, I mean the uppest level of the ship) imagining that I was an ancient Greek or Roman.Gawdzilla wrote: I was in the Navy, I was the official "on duty" rep for the tour/shopping buses.
