Nightfall is in an hour. Anyone got a vote count that I can check mine against? Just got up and on my first cup of coffee. I don't trust my counting yet
Outside the ordered universe is that amorphous blight of nethermost confusion which blasphemes and bubbles at the center of all infinity—the boundless daemon sultan Azathoth, whose name no lips dare speak aloud, and who gnaws hungrily in inconceivable, unlighted chambers beyond time and space amidst the muffled, maddening beating of vile drums and the thin monotonous whine of accursed flutes.

Code: Select all

// Replaces with spaces the braces in cases where braces in places cause stasis
   $str = str_replace(array("\{","\}")," ",$str);

You people are correct.
I left a few out of my post.
I atually had Callan on my scummy list and forgot to put it in.
At this point this seems like a god way to go.
Nothing much from Jarome. Is this normal for him?
I think if Irre was scum she would be throwing a hissy about now

That count is off. I've just done one and I have Callan on 7.
Plus you have Callan voting herself.

Gonzo leads the mayor count with 4 over DP and Ob who have 2 each, Feck with 1.

Thanks.

The Callan wagon seems a little too eager for me, but it is the first day and she hasn't been very helpful. I don't know.

Irre has shown more attempts at scum hunting on the surface and the case against her is weaker, so I don't wish to lynch her with such a lousey read so far. Besides that the votes thrown on her have been pretty shoddilly reasoned.

I think that it is likely Callan is town and that her wagon has some if not all scum in it. It would be nice to get her claim before hammer drop, but it doesn't look like that is going to happen in the next 18 minutes. If I were going to vote, I'd go with one of the wagoneers, but it's seems rather useless at this point with her at L-3. I guess I'll just wait to see what happens. In the future I will try to put my voting power to more use, that is, when I feel more confident in my choices.

This is the dilemma of such a fast paced game when one is so used to having the chance to suss out scum through measured argument. Here you barely have the chance at discourse before having to lynch somebody. To haphazardly haywire for my taste.

Lynch is decided on a simple majority of votes in a timed game

Yeah, no matter what Callan's alignment, this bandwagon is big enough that it probably has some scum on it.
