Should Iran make a pre-emptive strike in Israel & USA?

With all the talk about Israel and the USA bombing Iran, I think it is also reasonable for Iran to make a pre-emptive strike against Israel and the USA.

Why is it that Iran is unfairly singled out when Israel is the one that has nukes and is actively invading another country? Why is it that Iran is unfairly singled out when the NY Times has shown through the diplomatic cables that it is USA-financed Saudia Arabia that finances most of the "terrorist" organizations in the world? Why is it that George Bush has not been dragged through the streets?

Iran is getting the raw end of the stick all because it is peacefully developing nuclear technologies that many other countries already have. And Iran is not actively invading other countries and bombing civilians that Israel and the USA do on a daily basis.

Seriously? No. It would put them in a bad situation strategically. They'd be condemned as the antagonists for one thing and so lose a lot of international support they would have if they were the ones attacked. It would also force the hand of the U.S. (If they only attacked Israel) and so engage them in a war against a superior power.

They'd be in a much better strategic position to allow themselves to be attacked by Israel, who already have low international opinion, and would suffer from the same penalties Iran would if they were the aggressors. Also, with the U.S. already mired in two wars it would be far more unlikely that they'd send troops to aid Israel in its attack on Iran.

Obviously the question is asking about preemptive strikes after they get nuclear weapons, since aren't capable of preempting anything with their conventional weapons.
