To play Devil's Advocate for a second, the only reason I can think of for the RDFRS doing the dirty on Josh is that they took a big hit with that forum malarkey and decided that they would get a lot of the traffic, sales and donations back by making him a scapegoat, seeing as most of the people that left blamed Timonen and Chalkey as the main perpetrators. Not that I believe this for a second, but it's the best that I could come up with.

It annoys me that everyone seems sad for Dawkins in all this, he is and was a prat and had just as much (if not more) to do with the cluster fuck that happened on RDF I'm with the people who say fuck them both.

Whatever the result of the lawsuit the fact remains that it's a charity which of it's own admission has paid staff well over market rate and cannot keep track of vast sums oof money. Those who donated have absolute reason to moan.

It's also pretty clear that he cannot discuss any matters regarding his accusation by RD while the lawsuit is pending. We can ask questions, but he should NOT be answering any or it might be used against him. So what is the purpose then?
