I'm liking the night chat .. though it can be a bit confusing ... a few times I've wanted to vote during the night before remembering it's not the day round. I've played one game at RatSkep where town PMing was allowed. I didn't like it as very little discussion happened on the thread which made the action seem so much more random.

I agree, if you don't make it into the town trusted circle you don't see a lot of the game.
