Welcome. Don't let the crazies suck you in, like they did me. Run now before it's too late.

Oops. Too late.

Welcomes and apologies for getting off on the wrong foot. :td:

Maybe you can tell us a little about yourself how you found this oasis of weirdom?

:swoon: Well, blush me rosy, I ... I'm ... nearly speechless with joy joy joy joy down in my heart down in my heart down in my heart(what a sweet welcome, Feck  ) WWoWW what a warm reception .... Thank You !!!

So-o-o-o ....

I guess I'll start by saying that a rampiantic is a rampant radiant romantic
which all by itself may put me in your special rubber room
but in defense of my interest in your forum, I suggest that I would qualify as a rational rampant radiant romantic, which coincides with another self-proclamation: half-sanity. Full sanity is just not where I have ever been.

Thank you Bella. Actually, I guess getting roasted is better than being totally ignored.

A Dawkins forum fan likes your site and invited me here when we were looking for a new forum after a totally different one went to paid members only. I used to consider myself VERY rational, but then ... :ask: ... I found myself upon a very cool path that didn't fit with what I was raised with as "rational". Since then I have been casting away labels left and right, and what remains is existentialist (so far).

You LOVE it .
It is now stuck in my head. :lay:
I'm wild just like a rock, a stone, a tree
And I'm free, just like the wind the breeze that blows
And I flow, just like a brook, a stream, the rain
And I fly, just like a bird up in the sky
And I'll surely die, just like a flower plucked
And dragged away and thrown away
And then one day it turns to clay
It blows away, it finds a ray, it finds its way
And there it lays until the rain and sun
Then I breathe, just like the wind the breeze that blows
And I grow, just like a baby breastfeeding
And it's beautiful, that's life

Hello again, Anne,

As you will no doubt have noticed, your welcome thread has already been derailed! This is just the way things are here - it's our way of saying we like you... either that or it's our way of saying "Oh look! A butterfly!" I forget which. So, where were we? Nah - lost it. :dono:

Do you like cheese?

Hi again, XC. :D

Well, I like butterflies. One of my totems is the butterfly.

Butter is especially good when it's ghee.

And I like cheese best when it's raw.
