Again, the police have rules they have to abide by and orders they have to follow. The problem is not the police, it's the administration. The administration sets the guidelines, gives the orders, makes the decisions. The administration is political.
It's funny to note that the vast majority of the people who use the term 'pigs' are either young, or regularly practice a criminal activity.
