Good Morning

Post by hiyymer » Sat Apr 24, 2010 12:11 pm

It's a drizzly morning in Ohio, and I'm the only one up, and I'm trying to resist the impulse to do something productive. But I'm failing. I found my profile and added an avatar and did it in less than an hour. And now this. I'm going to have to rest for a while. Well from the little I've seen, you people are far beyond me in intelligence and wit, but I'll try to fake it. Could be fun.

Ohio? We don't like Buckeyes here. We already have too many. :mod:

Hi hiyymer, it's a cool and smoky (must be a bushfire somewhere) evening here in Perth. You had the intelligence to find us, so that put you way above the average already. Hope to see you around the forum.
Although it may look like a forum, this site is actually a crowd-sourced science project modelling the slow but inexorable heat death of the universe.

It's rainy here too. I don't feel like doing anything today. Or tomorrow either.

Oh I have a long way to go before I become a Buckeye. I have lived here a year and a half, and have yet to meet anyone else who wasn't born here. But like my real estate agent said, when they run out of water out there, they'll all be back.

Okay, but if you feel like you're being sucked into the Ohio state-of-mind, run up to Detroit for some culture. :whisper:

We have a member from Detroit. He's fairly representative. :hehe:

I'm "lived" in Indiana for years. We found Ohio useful for keeping Pennsylvania away from us.
