Sorry all, but I was trying to write a believable ad campaign for the Catholic church, which I had to give up on. Then I tried to come up with 69 reasons to believe in our Lord. And then just one. And after all of that I just came here to be with you guys.

So you are saying that the reason why God created the universe, including millions of years of human and animal suffering, and the extinction of most species, is so that at the end of all of that a select few humans could be with him forever. I see.

On a more serious note, I didn't think that there were still atheists around, as I read a book by a gent called Will I Am Lame Crack, who told me that there is nothing in this atheism thing, that Jesus loves me and that all will be well. Great was my surprise when I noticed that this forum is more real than Jesus. Except of course than Uncle Jemimah's personal relationship with Jesus - they still talk to each other on Friday nights after they have had some of that special Brew. My wish list that I emailed to Jesus has also received absolutely no attention from him so far, and I am fast learning that Christianity is all about being patient. If others can wait 2 000 years for fuck all to happen, who am I to whine after a few days.
I am also here to see if it is true that the scurrilous media attack on the esteemed Catholic Church (I normally just refer to "the Church") is indeed fuelled by the pro-gay pro-porn lobby, so be very careful in what you say.
