I know you're suspicious of him but why? He's been consistently helpful throughout the game. It's not a recent development.

Apologies, sifaka. I'm on my iPhone and can't flick back through the thread easily.
Heyzeus who would you vote and why?sifaka wrote:I haven't voted for anyone yet!irreligionist wrote:unvote noncredo

Other innocents should unvote as a sign of faith.. especially sifaka

Re: Dune 2.0 Game Thread
I'm still not sure. The remaining suspects are noncredo, MAT, Normal, Mantis and Sifaka, correct? It's possible that Normal is just breezing along with us because he knows he's the only remaining Harkkonen but I don't see him acting any differently than he has been since the beginning of the game. He seems eager to find and crush the scum. I don't think it's him. If we're going to accept that noncredo and MAT are telling the truth, my vote would probably be for Sifaka or Mantis. I need to take a little while to examine their posts.

I'm going to unvote Evil Spock for now.
unvote normal; vote mantisdreamz
As noncredo pointed out, mantis decided to remove vote from Evil Spock, merely because Heyzeus commented that noncredo and MAT seemed more suspicious to him than Evil Spock (keep in mind heyzeus knows evil spock out of this game and had the wool pulled over his eyes by her).
I think our best bet is mantisdreamz. I am interested to see how people will vote.

Oh dear. See I still think noncredo. He even just posted something just now in reference to the blotted out roles of himself & MAT. Kind of shrugged it off, like oh we wouldn't want to risk ourselves.
The thing with Normal for me is that I am a bit suspicious of him, but for a brief moment tonight I wondered if he was the swordsmaster.

And quickly - that post in which I unvoted her, was seriously just because I was going to wait for everyone to make a decision (because noncredo's & MATS names were being thrown out there). It just so happened that after I did that, everyone re voted her.

Re: Dune 2.0 Game Thread
I'm going to feel really badly about this if I'm wrong but I'm going to vote Mantisdreamz as well. If the swordmaster is alive tomorrow, maybe s/he should reveal him/herself so we don't risk lynching such an asset. Of course that will make that person a Harkkonen target for sure but at this point, there couldn't possibly be that many of them left so one more day of lynching/night of assassinating should do it anyway. I think the scum's kill turn goes last.

Re: Dune 2.0 Game Thread
This is all just insane!
Gah, I've been busy this morning, so have only skimmed all the posts... I need to have a look at what's gone on this morning. I know it's not helping to keep switching votes.
Has everyone fully read the noncredo/MAT story that has emerged today? Is it in keeping with these dune mafia games to have two innocents allowed to PM each other? Is this a massively ballsy effort to confuse us, have us lynch an innocent, then with the overnight kill the scum win (we don't know how many more scum there are out there) ?
HELP!!!
Mantis, due to my fucking up so badly last game and lynching you, I am VERY unwilling to make that mistake today.
unvote mantisdreamz
Can all innocents please help solve this thing... I suspect if we lynch an innocent today it's all over for us.

I have to admit, though, the amount of time that MAT took to post those messages was suspicious. Why couldn't noncredo have posted them herself if she knew exactly where to find them?

Yes, and seriously why the frack would one choose to investigate 95theses? I wouldn't have... it should have been apparent that 95theses was going to be killed by scum overnight. I'm reading that wiki... it says masons don't usually have other abilities.heyzeus wrote:I have to admit, though, the amount of time that MAT took to post those messages was suspicious. Re: Dune 2.0 Game Thread
We chose to investigate 95Theses so that we could verify that everyone he'd checked was innocent. We overlooked that he was probably going to die that night anyway. I was all for investigating sifaka to start with, but after discussing it decided we should go with 95.irreligionist wrote:Yes, and seriously why the frack would one choose to investigate 95theses? Normal size Mars Bars make excellent king size Mars Bars for dwarves and fun size Mars Bars for giants.
