Re: Dune 2.0 Game Thread
Well, I would hope that an innocent would try to stay active and keep the discussion flowing, discuss their ideas for lynchings, etc. But then again, people are lazy and I could see a player with a boring role staying quiet as Ani pointed out in the pre-game thread.

In the last game people could PM. The only way for innocents to contact is to be vocal and take chances. That's not to say their aren't bad guys within our ranks who are playing us at the game. Remember that a lot of people were quick off the mark to follow the leader in voting me for lynching?

Re: Dune 2.0 Game Thread
Still, I must stress that the active criminal players last game were a minority. Most of them were trying to fly under the radar. Ani, your behaviour is fucking weird to say the least. So weird, in fact, that as a Harkkonen, you would be doing yourself a disservice. Still, as I've seen in last game, you're not above counter-intuitive actions so my vote still stands but if we can find an inactive player to lynch, I think it might be better.

Ok so there are argument on both sides, so we shouldn't infer anything from how vocal people are in this thread then? Is that right?Animavore wrote:In the last game people could PM. Well, no. Is it more likely that a guilty party would be active or stay silent is what we should be asking ourselves/CookieJon wrote:Ok so there are argument on both sides, so we shouldn't infer anything from how vocal people are in this thread then? Re: Dune 2.0 Game Thread
I'm not going to lynch anyone now, I believe irre is town and we should keep her alive because she is such a good player.
Ani, I don't get your strategy, if it is to flush out scum (
) it doesn't seem to be very efficient!
Also, if Cookie is telling the truth, I think whoever is protecting the town players should protect Virphen.
As for deciding who is guilty based on how much they post, it would seem to me that since the scum player can PM each other, they would tend to be more quiet in the thread.

Woah, I'm not sure what is going on now but I'm going to retract my vote for the monkey pending further evidence. I still don't trust anyone with a prehensile tail.

I never voted for Ani. He was shit stirring by gunning for me.CookieJon wrote:
I find Ani & Irre voting for each other, then retracting their votes highly suspicious. What was that all about, please?

Re: Dune 2.0 Game Thread
He was silent last game and he was guilty. He was quite diabolical about the whole thing, too. 95Theses would serve as an interesting choice because even if he's innocent, it would feel like sweet vengeance to some of us.

Re: Dune 2.0 Game Thread
This was 95's last post from yesterday. I'm not sure if there is anything suss about it. Is he claiming incompetence so we don't suspect him or if he is just an innocent bystander.95Theses wrote:I think you should all make me the mayor.
Mainly because I have no fucking idea what on earth is going on, and it should be good for a laugh to be lead by a bumbling halfwit who has never even heard of this planet, nevermind anyone on it.
95Theses for Mayor.
(I don't even know if I can vote for myself or what being mayor means)
