Irre was a good guy in the last game, wasn't she?Animavore wrote:Simple. She's too dangerous to leave wandering around reigning free to do as she pleases.

The world is a thing of utter inordinate complexity and richness and strangeness that is absolutely awesome. I mean the idea that such complexity can arise not only out of such simplicity, but probably absolutely out of nothing, is the most fabulous extraordinary idea. And once you get some kind of inkling of how that might have happened, it's just wonderful. And . . . the opportunity to spend 70 or 80 years of your life in such a universe is time well spent as far as I am concerned.

Which means she's likely to be bad in this one and if she is she's a formidable foe who needs to be taken out.DP wrote:Irre was a good guy in the last game, wasn't she?Animavore wrote:Simple. She's too dangerous to leave wandering around reigning free to do as she pleases.

The centers of your brain controlling logic must be huddling alone in a dark corner, I think. We are all alone in the desert, and what has been done previously in any "games" you may have been involved in with her is immaterial. This is now.Animavore wrote:Which means she's likely to be bad in this one and if she is she's a formidable foe who needs to be taken out.DP wrote:Irre was a good guy in the last game, wasn't she?Animavore wrote:Simple. That's not how probability works. She's just as likely to be innocent as anyone else.Animavore wrote:Which means she's likely to be bad in this one and if she is she's a formidable foe who needs to be taken out.DP wrote:Irre was a good guy in the last game, wasn't she?Animavore wrote:Simple. Dice have no memory Ani, the odds of her being good or bad are the same in every game, if the roles are assigned randomly.Animavore wrote:Which means she's likely to be bad in this one and if she is she's a formidable foe who needs to be taken out.DP wrote:Irre was a good guy in the last game, wasn't she?Animavore wrote:Simple. You have a point Ani, but the same could be said for you. You have still not presented evidence against irre.Animavore wrote:But how do we know that?heyzeus wrote:They are assigned randomly.

Because that's how these games are supposed to work and oblivion has been a real stickler for making this game as traditional as possible, save the Dune theme. There would also be something really strange about my role if they weren't. It's possible obilivion gave out roles with intent but it's unlikely.Animavore wrote:But how do we know that?heyzeus wrote:They are assigned randomly.

Outside the ordered universe is that amorphous blight of nethermost confusion which blasphemes and bubbles at the center of all infinity—the boundless daemon sultan Azathoth, whose name no lips dare speak aloud, and who gnaws hungrily in inconceivable, unlighted chambers beyond time and space amidst the muffled, maddening beating of vile drums and the thin monotonous whine of accursed flutes.

Father forgive them, for they know not what they do.
Remember what happened to Mantisdream. Do you really want a repeat of that?

I only harbour suspicion for Ani. He has deflected to Irre without reason.Ghatanothoa wrote:Nope, not good enough Ani. Drain the monkey
